Bus & Train
Bus stop
You will find the bus stops in front of our restaurant "marktbistro"- parking lot in Langendorfer Straße. During the day, buses run every 30 minutes to Neuwied train station. Furthermore, buses run hourly to Koblenz and Linz.
Zum Bahnhof gelangen Sie, wenn Sie über den Ausgang zur Friedrichstraße, nach rechts gehen. Am Graf-Friedrich-Platz gehen Sie gerade aus in die Bahnhofstraße und folgen dieser bis zur Kreuzung Augustusstraße. Hier biegen Sie rechts ab und haben nach einigen Metern das Ziel erreicht.
To get to the bus station, follow Langendorfer Straße in the direction of the city center until you reach the Marktstraße intersection.

Laundry service
We change your bed linen once a week, always on Fridays. To save the environment, you are welcome to do without this service. Please let us know at the reception if you want to do something good for the environment. If your bed linen is dirty, we will of course change it immediately.
If you need allergy friendly bed linen, would like to have your laundry washed or need an ironing service, please feel free to contact our team at the reception.
If laundry is dropped off before 09:00, it will be returned the same day. (Except for drop-off on weekends).
The prices for washing your laundry can be found on the laundry list in your closet.
We will gladly provide you with an ironing board and iron. Please speak to us at the reception.
Wake-up service
If you need a wake-up call, please inform our reception team the night before, no later than 20:00.

Für 11,99 € können Sie als Gast im food hotel eine Saunatasche mit Leihbademantel, Handtuch und Slippern ausleihen und den Wohlfühlbereich nutzen.
Einen Bademantel erhalten Sie gegen eine Kaution von 25,00 € an der Rezeption.
Die Sauna ist täglich geöffnet von 15:00 bis 21:00 Uhr.

Unser Housekeeping beginnt mit der Zimmerreinigung ab 8:00 Uhr. Wenn Sie nicht gestört werden möchten, dann hängen Sie bitte das Schild „Bitte nicht stören“ außen an Ihre Hotelzimmertür. Ihr Zimmer wird dann an diesem Tag nicht gereinigt.
