Vouchers
- Procedure: Choose voucher. Personalize with layout and greeting.
- You can print the vouchers directly after successful payment.
- You can send the voucher to your own e-mail address or to the e-mail address of the person receiving the gift.
- To redeem the vouchers, we must have the vouchers in printed form. The limitation period for the vouchers is three years.
- The desired period, for the visit to our hotel, the person receiving the gift can choose himself.
Tickets
- Tickets are sent digitally only.
- You want to give away the paper tickets? Then please contact the reception.
Shipping & Payment methods
- Shipping is only possible in Germany and is done via DHL. The shipping costs are 4,90€.
- Please note for payment by credit card: Due to the new mandatory European Payment Directive (PSD2), your credit card must be activated for the new 3D Secure procedure. Only then can you complete a payment via credit card in a legally secure manner. Please contact your bank or card provider for this.
