How the best ingredients get into the food hotel kitchen
At the food hotel, the chefs only use ingredients that they themselves like. And not only that. They also only use those that they can offer with the best conscience. Therefore, they not only know from which region the food comes. They know exactly where and from whom they come, and how they are grown and produced.
Hof Wäschenbach from Hönningen, for example, supplies the food hotel with spicy cheese. The delicious lentils come from Bioland-Hof an der alten Schmiede in Neitersen, while the fresh eggs are laid at Maur's Deichstadt-Ei in Neuwied. The Deli team from Niederzissen in the Eifel region is a supplier of various ingredients that are regularly used in the food hotel: Beef, pork, lamb, poultry and pumpkin. The hearty Wiedtal raw ham, on the other hand, is supplied by Schinkenkönig Rossbach.
The rolls and other baked goods for your morning breakfast come from Hack AG in Kurtscheid. The cold cuts on the rolls come from Hecking GmbH in Neustadt (Wied). The food hotel gets its dairy products, such as milk and yogurt, from Wiersberger Milchhof in Hennef. As you can see, we know our food very well. The Food Hotel is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Rhine, Moselle and Lahn. It is also centrally located for tours to Bonn and Cologne. In this respect, it is just as suitable for business travelers as for vacationers.

The Food Hotel is a modern business hotel, where almost exclusively business travelers are accommodated during the week. The location is very good due to the proximity to the center, and the train station is also in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are modern and functionally furnished.
