We had the Easter arrangements, and must say that it was a great price-performance ratio. Breakfast was great, Easter brunch excellent, very nice and helpful staff. Will definitely come again when the grill station is in operation. Keep it up 👍👍👍👍👍

Ein detailverliebtes Hotel mit schönen Themenzimmern. Wir waren in Familie mit Hund ein verlängertes Wochenende in Neuwied. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Super nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück. Wir waren wieder wie immer begeistert. Das Raffaello Zimmer wunderschön und hell. Alles top und Rezeption mehr als freundlich. Einziger Mängel: Es war leider schon das Zweite Zimmer wo die Dusche kaputt ist. Türe läßt sich nicht schließen und in diesem Zimmer ware 5 Fliesen gerissen. The Food Hotel is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Rhine, Moselle and Lahn. It is also centrally located for tours to Bonn and Cologne. In this respect, it is just as suitable for business travelers as for vacationers.
Everything well organized, very friendly and helpful staff in all areas, clean rooms and bathrooms, plus exciting decor. And the restaurant has very tasty cuisine. The BBQ evening was excellent.

The Food Hotel is a modern business hotel, where almost exclusively business travelers are accommodated during the week. The location is very good due to the proximity to the center, and the train station is also in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are modern and functionally furnished.
Tolles Hotel mit top Personal. Selten erlebt das der Spruch: "Hier ist der Gast König" so gelebt wird. Bravos, wir kommen gern wieder. Wir hatten ein Raffaelo Themenzimmer und es war wunderbar. Nächstes mal wieder. Frühstück Qualität super. Das überaus freundliche und serviceorientierte Personal in allen Bereichen. Klasse Aufenthalt. Hier fühlt man sich wohl und der Gast ist König.

Es war einfach traumhaft! Das Essen war der Hammer – eine klare 10 von 10. Die Gäste haben richtig geschwärmt, besonders vom Lachs und vom Lamm. Das Brautpaar war überglücklich und super zufrieden.

Es war alles perfekt organisiert. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir dem Service und dem gesamten Personal aussprechen – alle waren durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die ausgesprochen herzliche Barmannschaft sowie das engagierte Grillteam am Samstagabend.
Euer Eventraum war perfekt und auch eure Essensversorgung war wirklich sehr lecker. Auch möchte ich mich bedanken, dass ihr es uns ermöglicht habt, am 24.9. das Frühstücksbuffet bereits um 6 Uhr zu besuchen. Das war großartig!!! Alle Mitarbeiter waren stehts freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren begeistert vom Personal in allen Bereichen! Alle Wünsche wurden prompt, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend erfüllt. Das Essen im Restaurant wurde sehr gelobt. Auch die Verpflegung während der Tagung war ansprechend – besonders das Obst und der Kaffeevollautomat kamen gut an. Manche Themenzimmer könnten von den Sponsoren etwas besser gestaltet sein.
