A detailed hotel with beautiful themed rooms. We were in family with dog a long weekend in Neuwied.
We felt very comfortable. Super nice staff, great breakfast. Again, really a very friendly, attentive staff! It was also especially nice that the dog was welcome everywhere in the hotel.
Rooms (bathrooms) are a bit worn, otherwise themed rooms a nice idea (kids would have loved to stay in special themed rooms. Would have been nice to have information about themes when booking. Next time!
One criticism we still have: All the vending machines at the entrance or in the corridors are a nice idea, but unfortunately did not work. Badge was not recognized, beer did not come out, coffee machine was out of order... nice idea to digitize everything, but it must then also work.
And a pity that the restaurant was not open on the weekend.
Overall a nice hotel and we will be back.
